Product is applicable for “cash on delivery” in inside Bangladesh. If you want to take any product outside Bangladesh, you need to make online payment – through card.
Inside Dhaka 2-4 days, Outside Dhaka 4-7 days & Outside Bangladesh 5-14 days .
Inside Dhaka 60 Tk , Outside Dhaka 100 Tk & Outside Bangladesh depend on country-wise courier charge (This price is for 0.50 kg. Price can be varied with quantity & weight) .
Urkhashop give you free return inside Bangladesh & outside Bangladesh customer will pay the return charge. But if the reason for the return is reasonable, then Urkhashop will bear the cost of returning the product whose amount will be deducted from the vendor’s amount. After fulfillment orders process Urkhashop offers 48 hours return policy based on RETURN REASONS.
* Size: If clothing item is too small or too large.
* Defect: If the item is defect/damage upon delivery.
* Item Mismatch: If the item does not match with description or mistakenly got a different item.

*Item must be in new condition and undamaged.
*Item should be in its original packaging, with all accessories intact (including warranty cards/manuals/certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
*Must have necessary papers – Invoice number/Money Receipt etc.

Please share order number, Product title & product details that you want to return with valid reason.
* Urkhashop will do the necessary arrangement for recovery or share necessary information’s to send the item back.
* Once returns back the item, we will conduct a quality check of that. If a return is invalid then we will notify you and send the items back to you.
* After this check, we will proceed with the refund or necessary action.
* After 48 hours of collection, no return request will be accepted.
Return not applicable for following product:
* The refund will be handled after a completed assessing of your return.
* A successful refund will take a maximum of 30 days.
*If any customer wants to cancel their Order, their order must be canceled within 8 hours.

*After 8 hours later no cancellation request will be accepted if the product has already been shipped.
*Customer can cancel an order for a specific reason. Customer can cancel their order maximum 3 times. Otherwise, the customer’s account will be canceled by Urkhashop.
*Vendor can cancel an order for a specific reason. Vendor can cancel their order maximum 4 times in a month. Otherwise, the Vendor’s account will be canceled by Urkhashop.
*Urkhashop takes commission 3% to 15% depends on the Product Category.
*Urkhashop will pay money to the vendors selling products amount 2 times in a month through bank.
*Urkhashop uses its own delivery team for customers order. Also, Urkhashop using another some courier company (3’rd party courier company). Unfortunately, if any order is broken/damaged by other courier company then that courier company (3’rd party courier company) will be paying money to the vendor for this damage (depend on condition). Urkhashop is not responsible for this.
***Urkhashop will work with that type of vendor, which vendor agrees with Urkhashop Terms & Condition/Policy. Urkhashop will not work with the random vendor. Urkhashop trusts in Customer satisfaction & vendors satisfaction so Urkhashop works with it.***
An affiliated person’s profit can get within 3 to 8% of the depends on the product category.
